What makes a pork noodle taste super delicious? 
It is the broth which cook by pork bones for hours, the freshness of the pork’s internal organs, pork slices, the soft-boiled egg and crispy pork lard cubes together with a small plate of cili padi kicap (soy sauce with cut chilies). Besides the traditional pork bone soup, nowadays people adding their own ingredients such as salted preserved vegetables, sweet leaf vegetables or even curry. Kway teow, meehun or mee will be will be the selection for pork noodle.
Pork noodle is one of the most common and popular Chinese hawker food in Klang Valley. It can be found in almost any Chinese hawker centre and restaurants. Chinese usually called it ‘Chu Yuk Fun’ because of all the pork ingredients you can found in the dish itself.
Most of the Chinese will take this dish as breakfast because of the hot refreshing soup that will wakes you up from drowsiness. But nowadays, most of the hawkers will operate until late night and you can have a chance to try this pork noodle as dinner or supper.
