Bak Kut Teh

Bak Kut Teh is a famous dish among Malaysians especially Chinese. The soup itself is made from Chinese medicine ingredients such as pork, bone, Chinese medicine, spices (star anise, cinnamon, cloves and garlic). There are two versions, wet and dry.
