Panipuri is a crispy hollow ball made of semolina wheat, mashed potato, spicy tamarind water and crispy bread (puri). There are few names for this snacks which are Paani Batasha, Gupchup, Puchka, Phuki and Gol-Gappa. Many of the Indian called this as soul food.
Panipuri had expose itself from street food to fine dining.  As you know, this delicious dish had fulfilled many demand for bellies with utmost satisfaction and pleasure. People nowadays likes to experience new taste, they invented hot cheese Batasha which combines Italy’s cheest delight and India’s street food. Sound good!
