Apam Balik’s batter is made from baking soda, egg, mixture of flour, coconut milk, sugar and water. Traditionally, this pancake sprinkled filling by crushed peanut granules with sugar and sweetcorn kernels. Today, due to the preferences of consumer and modern innovation, chocolate, kaya, cheddar cheese and etc are available.
